A MomentVite invitation is a personalized digital service. The policy pivots on when your invitation is published (made live at its shareable link):

Before publication: full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of purchase — email hello@momentvite.com from your checkout email with your order number.

After publication: the service has been delivered. Refunds are at our discretion and our first move is always to fix whatever is wrong, free — typically within one business day. You can also edit and republish your invitation yourself at any time. If we genuinely can't deliver what you paid for, we refund in full.

Chargebacks: please contact us before disputing a charge. Per our Terms of Service, a disputed or reversed payment on a published invitation may result in the invitation page — including its QR code, link, and RSVP collection — being suspended until the payment is resolved.

Nothing ships: this is a digital service delivered online; no physical item will be mailed.
